What is the condition of your products? Are your products new?
All products are new unless the listing specifically states otherwise.
Are there quantity discounts or membership benefits?
Yes, most items have a discount when purchasing in quantity.
Can I pick up my order in person?
This is only available by appointment in Southern Oregon. For pickup, choose the wire or check option and pay within one business day by cash bank deposit or in person. Request a call back or request to speak with a person for more information.

Can my shipping address be changed?
Yes, you can change your shipping address. Just go to the ‘My Account’ page under ‘More’ on the menu. Once on the account page, click the button that says ‘Addresses’ on the left side of the screen choose to edit your billing or shipping address.
Do you charge extra if I use a credit card?
Yes, there are extra fees for using credit cards. Those fees are shown in your cart before checkout.
Do you do international orders?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Do you have a payment deadline?
For bank wire payments, full payment must be submitted within 1 business day. Failure to meet these payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of your order at our discretion, and our Market Loss Policy may be implemented. If you choose bank wire payment, wiring instructions will be provided within 1 hour during regular business hours Monday through Friday, or by Monday morning for weekend orders.
Do you offer secure storage solutions?
Unfortunately, we do not offer storage options for your purchased items.
Do you report transactions to the government?
We do not report sales to the government. This is not the role of coin dealers.
Do you sell gold coins from various mints?
Yes we sell gold and silver from all over the world as well as from various private mints that have a reputation for quality products.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, orders that ship to a PO Box will arrive by USPS.
How do I know I’m getting a fair deal?
We check the top local and internet dealers and makes sure we are at or below market pricing. If you have any additional questions about this or want price matching please request a call back.
How do you ensure the privacy of your customers?
We do not share your information with third parties however some payment processors such as VISA or AMEX do track customer purchases to some degree. Please view our Privacy Policy for more details.

We guarantee all of our items are authentic as described and both our storefront an warehouse check all items that come into our facility using cutting edge technology.

To ensure your privacy, all our packages are securely and discreetly packaged, with no clear indication of the contents. The sender may be listed as “J. Austin or FR.”
Is there a return or exchange policy?
If for any reason, you are not pleased with your order within 5 business days of delivery, we offer a Return or Exchange option. All prices listed are subject to change based on market fluctuations. We strive to keep our prices updated, but please be aware that they may vary due to market conditions.
Do you insure my purchased items?
Every order we ship is fully insured for your peace of mind. All of our orders are delivered through USPS or FedEx. The method of shipping will be determined at the checkout stage, with most orders having the option to upgrade for quicker delivery. Please view our Shipping Policy for more details.
Do you you offer free shipping?
We offer complimentary shipping if your purchase totals $199 or more, and your location is within the United States.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept Venmo, Paypal, VISA, Master Card, Checks, and Wire payments.
What is mint?
A mint is an establishment dedicated to manufacturing bullion. Government mints have the task of minting official national currency, whereas private mints create bullion bars, rounds, bullets, and medallions.
What other metals do you offer?
Currently we offer gold, silver, platinum, and palladium.
Do you have a minimum order size?
We do not have any minimum purchase requirements. However, we do offer discounts on larger orders and free shipping on orders of $199 or more.
Will I get an email notification once my order ships?
You will receive an email notification once your package has been dispatched. Your tracking number will be included in that email and can be accessed using the ‘My Account’ page.
